Hello, there is a bug in the game that unless I change the "settings>time and region>regional format" to United Kingdom, I face a black screen on game launch and can't run it.
My Windows 11 is installed with English (LCID 1033, Name "en-us") language as a default while I have installed Turkish language pack as display language and regional format (removed English language pack).
I don't want to change the settings constantly to play the game...
Reverting to "Legacy" build on steam fixes the problem.
