  1. Hello again, I wanted to make an update in case anybody else encounters this problem and/or comes across this post. I asked the official support to help me, and as I searched around the Steam discussions pages of the game in order to quote other people having the same issue, I noticed that every single person who are experiencing the same problem as I do that I could find is Turkish, and are probably using Turkish as their locale. This is probably an issue with the Unity engine, and while Obsidian cannot help me with this issue as of now (they're probably too busy with Avowed nowadays) but they told me that they are aware of the problem, and the issue will likely be fixed in a future patch. If you are having this issue, try installing the Legacy Branch 3.7.0.1318 from the beta versions menu. It will probably enable you to play the game until the issue is resolved. And lastly, I'd like to thank Chris Stanick and Samuel Chin for helping me with this issue. It's really nice to see that a game that came out nearly a decade ago is still supported.
  2. Yeah I might go ahead and try that. Because apparently this is not a very common problem, I couldn't find much information online. Anyways, thank you for your help.
  3. Hi again, I unfortunately do not have any other partitions (or other drives) that I can install Windows 10 to. I tried with the legacy branch of the beta menu, and it somehow worked. I can play like this I suppose, but I don't think I will be able to get any of the achievements.
  4. Hello, my apologies, I should've shared those details. My game's on Steam. My PC is not a company PC, it's my personal/work one. I'm a contractor. I personally installed Windows 11 and other software, and none of them (just generic translation software) interferes with anything as far as I'm aware. Thank you for your reply.
  5. Hello everyone, I hope I am posting this to the right forum. I downloaded PoE yesterday, and tried to launch it, but all I see is a black screen with no music, the game's cursor is visible. Nothing works, I have to Alt + F4 to quit. I checked around online, and people seem to think that the latest patch (the one in June) is the culprit. I tried downloading the beta branch, it had the same issue as well. Some people suggested changing my computer's locale to the UK, but this is not an option for me, unfortunately (I am a contractor for some companies with web systems SO FRAGILE that changing my locale breaks everything up, or so says the IT). Is there anything you could suggest to me? I did not attach any logs or save files, as it is a fresh install on a fresh Windows install. Thank you,
