  1. So solo paladin is the safest one i find for an iron man solo run. Hes very tough hard to kill. But at some point the game becomes agonisingly slow. How can i make him do enough damage until he hits sacred immolation. Even draw in spring is like death by a thousand cuts. I do need a modest amount of damage.
  2. Wahai poraga is nice and all but it has dagger level damage so idk if it will work out
  3. I did not find it in the list. The blood thirst seems to ignore recovery for several strikes after killing your summoned vessels. It could be a really decent dps build.
  4. Why not a paladin ? His defenses especially with rhionas breastplate are stronger than a fighters.
  5. Who says you need all of it ? just a reasonable amount. 10-20% from might. 75% from sneak attack 50% from streetfighter. So more like 150% bonus. That means about half as much damage
  6. Oh i maintain bloodied by getting whacked by hauani o whe once. I beat it in normal difficulty thats why. Anyway you can see it in the picture. With zero recovery you hit what once or twice a second ? 6000 health x 0.75.(I used the special dagger.) Thats about 4500 damage to do. Which comes to about 25 to 50 damage per second. Which is reasonable for sneak attacking rogue. I also had adaptive so i had superb accuracy. Anyway its legit cause you see the screenshot and my attack log records it. heres a pic of my buffs if that helps. I had 136 accuracy in the hauani o whe fight so likely higher in the doru fight. which is higher than dorus deflection. And yes is true most of my hits where done at -75% damage. But i was fast and i had a lot of damage bonuses so that didnt matter.
  7. Credit for Konstanten for discovering it. So you need an ability that triggers the least unstable coil repeatedly when empowered AND it must be extendable. But the empower points are limited and I didn't want to rest. So I figured i could use sashas scimitar with chanter's ice attack to hopefully trigger brilliant and then use the salvation of time that the priest has. That way I can trigger the belt in every fight with minimal setup. Robes of the weyc and wand of the weyc go nicely with this setup.

  8. I have been a massive fan of the pillar series. You could say its my special interest. I have played both games hundreds of time. In each case what made them so playable was that the game was a canvas and the brush were the classes. Druid, rogue, fighter, paladin, monk, ranger, barbarian, priest, cipher, chanter, wizard. There were unlimited ways to customise your experience. And deadfire took that and doubled it through multiclasses, but limited the world. I accepted that. But now this avowed has taken away all that for flashy graphics. I don't want to see the graphics, I want real skill complexity. I dont want to mindlessly button mash for the next 75 hours.
  9. Yes windmill slash. Its the holy grail of builds. Great for trash mobs, great for base and dlc bosses, and can even solo ALL the megabosses. Most builds are good for some but not all megabosses or they have great aoe damage at the expense of single target damage. It does not even require an extensive setup before taking on bosses.
  10. I beat dorudugan too. Max intellect. Ooblit. Power level. Chaincasted blade cascade with dual scordeos in vanishing strikes invisibility. The trick is to turn on penetrating strikes in cascade. It procced a lot after I did that.
  11. So I activated vanishing strike and I have to manually click on an enemy again and again to hit otherwise he just stands there. Even with auto attack on.
  12. The ones I had at hand. Jade tiger and knapped scoria did the trick.
