  1. My partner and I have recently gotten into Grounded and are a ways into the game on 'Mild'. We were going gnat hunting by the hedge wall and she accidentally hit 'E' to pet one while we were swatting at them. Now we have this pest that follows her around, constantly bumps into us, gets in our way when we're doing battle, and is causing frame drops on her machine. We are a ways off from getting the stove recipe to make mushroom bricks so we can assign it to a house and it is really annoying. Because we are playing on 'Mild' the pets are set to 'invincible' and we can't change the setting in the game we are running. Thus, we can't just kill the darn thing. The issue is we are too far in to start over again. There really needs to be a way to dismiss a pet when it isn't wanted. I've written to Obsidian and I hope it gets added in a future update. Other than that, we are totally consumed with this game and have been playing every available minute we get.
