  1. Cooldown isn't the right word, exactly, but the best I could come up with.
  2. Unsure whether it is already implemented or if it has been mentioned before, but I feel like faction aggravation should be more dynamic. Instead of simply rising with certain actions, it should fall slowly with a lack of those actions as well as when payback is "delivered" in a raid event. It seems like it would make sense and be a cool game mechanic. -Rob
