Wondering if consoles haven't gotten all the same patches, updates and changes as pc over the life cycle of the game. I'm playing the Complete Edition on ps4 and noticed the one handed style talent doesn't reflect the 3.03 patch notes which state: "One-Handed Style: Change to the Graze to Hit conversion (30%) to a Hit to Crit conversion (15%)." Instead, in game the description for this talent is still about grazes and no mention of crits.
