    Low FPS game unplayable

    I have searched the boards and cannot find an answer. If there is a thread on this please point me in the right direction. I have a dell xps 15 with a 3050 ti 64 gb ram and 2 tb nvme drive. The game is unbearably slow. I have even set everything to the lowest setting and 720p resolution and the game is still choppy. I have set my system to run the game with the NVidia gpu. I have done this in the display setting and Nvidia control panel. It runs 75% on the integrated graphics card and only 25% on the gpu. In addition I cannot get geforce experience to fine the game even though it is supported. I have the Microsoft version of the game.
