    Thanks for the reply. Is there any way at all to get into the game in the interim? I have a gaming friend who has been having the same issue for the past 4-months and has yet to be able to get back into the game. Seems strange to me.

    Same issue. Everything I have tried, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game, has failed to work. I was in the game yesterday, but now get the same message. When I use the same email address and password for the X-box app on my PC that I'm trying to use to get into Grounded...it works and I'm in by x-box account. Is there any suggestion as to how to fix this?
