Can't finish end mission

Can someone help me?? Is there something I'm forgetting to do, I don't understand why I'm unable to finish the game -
Okay I'm having a huge issue. I've put many hours into this game I absolutely love it. I have all armors and weapons maxed out and have completed everything I could possible. I'm currently on last mission at the javamatic.. it will not let me put the ingredients in or show a prompt for the embiggening cell..I need hell please, Ive tried everything and nothing will work
