go to the black ant nest near the trash heap and clean out all the food bits they've hoarded itl get worse when u get closer but as u destroy the food you'll notice it get better and better something about the ants trampling and getting stuck in 500-1000 pieces of food causing a massive amount of collisions to occur. if ur not geared or don't have a way over there don't fret, you can just build some stairs up to the deck on the house to by pass the haze.  once ur over by the trash heap there arent any aggro bugs just black worker ants and a roly poly look for a puddle of water filled with food typically u can just follow the ants. hope this helps.

This is the issue, the other stockpiles definitely dont help, but the major issue is this pathfinding issue through the water.  The black ants near the trash heap drop hundreds of food pieces into the water.  Clearing it out and building a wall solved the problem for us, but if youre still having issues after this then youll need to clear out the other ant hills as well.

  2. This has actually been an issue since before the 1.0 release, we noticed it in the Home Stretch (0.14) update and thought it was funny, didnt think it was causing any issues but it seems to only have gotten worse over time.  Can confirm thats the issue for most people though, clearing it out and building a wall has fixed the issue for both of us for a while now.

  3. Love the shared world feature even with some of the hiccups I've seen come up from it.  I know currently there's not backup saves other than manually converting the shared world to a standard save, but could this feature be automated?  Basically, the owner/creator of the shared save could enable an automated backup option that updates a standard save alongside the most recent shared world save.  If the players want more granular backups they'd still have to create manual standard copies, but if there was an automated copy of the shared save this would let the owner recreate the shared world when there's issues with the shared world, ie the file corrupts or is missing entirely.  Just a thought.
