Thank you Tigranes and everyone else for the info/input.

Location: ALPHA MISSION :Next to last auto save. Leaving gardens. Entering the building and head upstairs. "Friends" join for combat once on balcony. Problem: There is a building to my left with a computer up top and one of the windows below randomly blows open (having reloaded many times here, I mean one will open not always the same one) There is no "action" dot to let me go through the window to get to the computer upstairs and it often loses it's "hovering action computer" icon. I finished the mission once without going in there, because I thought maybe there was a door on a different side of the building. Of course there is no other way in. And finishing the mission without it game me incomplete objectives. Steps taken: I've tried restarting the check point often. I've quit and restarted AP, then started from the safehouse and had the same issue. Question: Am I supposed to be able to get to the computer/ enter through the window? If not, what objective did I miss after this area? Thank you for any assistance. -JH
