    I've been having the same problem since 1.0 dropped - on trying to loaf the game, I get "fatal error" and ctd. The newest patches haven't helped

    Tried again just now to run the game, and I'm still getting "fatal error!" and ctd. I'm really close to just uninstalling this stupid game!!

    haven't been able to play since 1.0 dropped, because trying to load the game gets me "fatal error" then a ctd. We tried updating all drivers, and updating all DirectX versions, but nothing. I waited til now to report because other ppl - a LOT of ppl - had already reported it. But after downloading the huge patch from this morning, I STILL get ctd. Please fix this!!
