    Can't complete Whispers in the Dark Quest

    I had this problem too at first -- was following a guide that told me where it was before I should have known -- but after I talked to Terenat and he told me where he hid it, when I went back, it appeared. My highest character in Mechanics only has a 7, fwiw. I've had this happen on other hidden stashes in the game, but in those cases it wasn't quest-breaking.
