    little stuttering in pillars of eternity 2 deadfire

    hi, i bought poe2 on steam sale and started a game, everything was good but in time i had a weird stuttering every 20-40 sec (in PORT MAJE), i read a several topics on this forum and reddit to solve this problem and i see a lot people back then had this problem too but this doesnt work too much, -game settings like occlusion and vsync -steam settings like cloud saves and steam overlay im on amd graphic card and windows7 without ssd disc so i cant check a few solutions, is there any solution to this there? what i miss, pls help me, very sorry for bad english
