I am trying to finish the "All Halcyon in a Day" quest on my PS4, and after retrieving the beacons and returning to Byzantium I cannot speak to Alonzo to finish it. Upon entering the Bureau of Exploration, both Alonzo and the other NPC do not give me a prompt to talk to them. My crosshairs remain unchanged, but do alter to the little square shape when focusing on my companions. It also shows their health bar beneath their name, despite no combat interaction having occured nor them fleeing from me. I have tried closing out the game, restarting, reloading, sleeping, and coming back later, but this inability to interact with just those two NPCs remains. Is there any known way of fixing this bug??
