    Ok so I'm near the end of the game on my first playthrough and I'm nearly max standing with the board. Im doing this in hopes of getting the nightfall squad armor set but I'm running into the issue of Percival Platt not being a vendor and I can seem to understand why that is. If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.
