When I reached level 4, I was unable to level up two characters Eder (fighter) and a custom rouge to that level and beyond. Respec doesn’t work. Abilities at the current level are selected so with a single class character there is nothing to choose so the option to choose next remains greyed out. Playing on Xbox Series X.
