I would then suggest they either aren't receiving the requests OR provided you are using https://support.privatedivision.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001688994 you are not receiving their attempted responses back for some reason. Their system, without any human element, will email you back automatically on successful creation of your ticket.
  2. I wrote in to Private Division as requested in this topic, and they quickly resolved the issue after receiving my saved games. They went a bit above and beyond . Do not cave and purchase the DLC to fix the problem.
  3. Latest update didn't fix it. Just tells me what I already knew to be the problem. Since I had no interest in the DLC that was mistakenly launched for free and ruined all my progress, my save is held hostage unless I now purchase it? Nice.
  4. Epic support pawned me off to Private Division. Yeah, I'll pass. Here's hoping you are able to fix this issue as I don't want to either restart my game nor purchase the DLC in order to be able to play it again.
