I think there should be one, so we can max out MT's stats. Instead of keeping few saves to try out different skills. Unless you can max out all the skills by the end of the game(not likely).

yea he is.......I don't pre-order games and I already miss some bonuses the previous games I brought, even I wanted to pre-order, I can't since theres no gamestop, gamecrazy etc in where I live. But after buying the game and playing it after awhile, I get over it.....:/

I heard you can get a perk that has slowmotion when you aim and shoot with a high upgraded weapon, can someone confirm this??? sorry if this has been already discussed
