  1. I found the fix. On the PC, go to the C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Maine folder and nuke everything. This will not affect your saved games. Username above being, of course, the profile of the person on the PC. It will give you a new prompt to log in.
  2. I'll give this a try, but her version is actually through Steam, not the Game Pass. We'll try repairing windows and seeing if we can't repair the game pass app anyway, as it uses the same login- Who knows? Worth a shot.
  3. My wife and I both purchased Grounded, and while I had no problem logging in, she has had an issue. XBox account works just fine everywhere else, logs in correctly, only with Grounded is there a problem after having a failed login attempt due to incorrect password entry. Now, every time she tries to log in, she gets an error about 'There is a problem with your Xbox account." No chance to re log in or change accounts so that she can attempt to log in again. We have tried disabling cloud saves and reinstalling the game. What can we do?
