After I originally posted this i found it started working agaim after an update. I have found since this latest 6.0 update that something has changed when trying to build - can't quite put my finger on what, but building is not as easy as it was previously. So maybe if the repair tool doesn't work again it's something to do with whatever they have done in this update? looks as though there are others having issues in the last few days too

Just built a repair tool & it isn't working on anything - used it a few weeks ago & it worked fine so maybe a bug since the new update?

I have this issue too. Since my tier 2 weeds don't seen to be respawning either i'm now being extra careful about going into the water whilst hauling anything!!
