    Infinite Larva.

First major bug we noticed (no pun intended) was that the Larva in the Larva cave with the research base would continuously spawn. Causing extreme lag spikes and game crashes. Bit of information we made base in the area. Spent 4 in game days or so building across the map and when we returned is when this was discovered.
