    Bug with the Stormcaller bow?

    I got to the watchtower, i have the arrow in my inventory yet I cant see the top of the tower area properly so the bow can be highligthed in blue and interacted with? How to fix this? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2002791048
