Latinus is not available to purchase when siding with the Board from Percival Platt (completed up to and including Foundation with the Board, with 100% rep). Elsewhere online, the consensus seems to be the weapon is bugged. Is this the case, or is there something specific that makes it accessible that people haven't stumbled on (if it's the latter, could you tell me what is needed)? Thanks.
