    Xbox OneX: About one level up in 5, randomly: After selecting skill points, I press X to apply the upgrades, and nothing happens. I can mash X all I want and the system does not respond. Everything else works normally. Restarting the console does not fix it. Sometimes playing for a while, then coming back to it will enable the X button for apply. X button works fine for all other uses. Is this a known bug? Thanks!
