    Can’t start Halcyon questline

    GK3000 posted a topic in The Outer Worlds: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
    Early on in my play through, I told Udom Bedford that Hawthorne didn’t mention Phineas. A long time passed as I did all the MSI and Iconoclast quest lines. I returned to the groundbreaker and Udom has been replace by a guy who is no help and Udom is dead in a back alley Is it impossible to start the Halcyon quest line just because you didn’t want to tell Udom Bedford about Phineas early on and now Udom is dead in a back alley? What if I’ve now decided I want to try to turn Phineas in? Is there another way to begin the Halcyon questline?
