  1. Just as the title says, the audio quality of The Outer Worlds on PS4 is downright unacceptable for a game of the caliber. It's broken. It is mainly the SFX, everything in cutscenes, and most of the music, otherwise the Voice-Overs and random bits of music are okay, at least for me. I should note that I got this as a downloaded copy on the PS4 Pro. It's like 75% of the sound in this game is compressed to hell, low quality, mono channeled (not surround-sound at all), abnormally quiet, murky, fuzzy and downright ugly sounding. It's especially noticeable when walking through grass. It's so disappointing. Good audio quality is essential for an immersive game. I don't know if this was intentional or not (to keep the file size low), but if it was it was a huge mistake. It's so bad that I actually requested a refund for this very reason, but PlayStation has an archaic refund policy and won't refund a digital purchase whatsoever. Will Obsidian be offering refunds for this broken product for Playstation users? Is this an issue that Xbox is seeing as well? Will Obsidian be FIXING the broken audio? When can we expect a fix?
