I can't login to the Xbox live service. I was able to for the past month but now when I click on the login button at the bottom right it just pops up with the "logging in" wheel for 2 seconds then reverts back to the menu without logging in. I've tried restarting the game, Steam, and reinstalling the game. I still can't play it. What is wrong?

I'm trying to build arches and diagonal walls on a diagonal grid along but you really can't? I build a huge foundation and ground floor with diagonal walls, why is it that the basic square wall is the only thing you can build on a diagonal grid? That makes no sense...

When I try approaching Gladys to buy the Navkey now that I have the credits, her guards attack me on sight. I have agreeable reputation with the Groundbreaker, and at least neutral reputation with all other factions listed in my character's reputation. I have done a minimal amount of stealing around the Groundbreaker, and none of it was around Gladys' area, but I also went back to my ship to rest, which should reset any negative reputation, correct? I don't see how I could have provoked anyone, especially because I don't have any negative reputation with anyone. I would rather not proceed with murdering the entire ship, if I can help it. This seems to be nothing more than a game-breaking glitch, which is too bad, I was really enjoying the game, and looking forward to going out and exploring the rest of the world. Any help or suggestions are welcome.
