    I have this same issue, very frustrating since my whole character was built on dialogue skill and now I can't speak with the chairman, hope this gets patched quickly so I can finish the game how I want to rather than how i have to.

Configure browser push notifications

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
