  1. OK I reinstalled windows and and tried playing the game again and nothing is different - it still crashes constantly. I downloaded Process Monitor and let the game run until it crashed - here are a few (1000) of the entries around the time that the game crashed (attached).

    I also see an entry in Event Viewer, which doesn't happen on every crash. Here it the error:

  2. I've re-installed the game twice already to try to fix the constant crashes to desktop, but nothing has helped. First, it was crashing any time I tried to interact with the creatures outside of Edgewater. After reinstalling twice, I was able to get past this part and actually get into Edgewater. Now, when I try to enter the building to speak to Reed Tobson, it crashes every single time. 

    Is there any way to view a log to see what is causing the crash? I really don't want to do a complete re-install again, it takes all night to download. I have the latest NVidia driver and my Windows 10 is up-to-date...
