Stiletto

I've seen a few other threads about this problem, and no one seemed to have a solution. This is very frustrating. After I finish combat, for 30 seconds or sometimes more I can't move in any direction. I can spin the camera, but movement doesn't respond. Specs are as follows: Windows XP SP2 Intel C2D E8400 2GB DDR2 PC8000 RAM EVGA GeForce 8800GT X-Fi Fatality edition Game is fully patched through autoupdater. Please help!
