Switched Sagani out of the party and when I swapped her back in Itumaak was missing. Have swapped her in and out of the party since then, traveled multiples times, stopped and reloaded games, reset the cache and hard cycled my Xbox, recreated her character at rest.

Still no luck getting Itumaak to show up.
