    I can not load the save from the main menu. Not only old, but new too. I can play the game and load the save, but when I go out into the main thing, the "continue" and "load" buttons turn gray and the gears turn to their left. Creating a new character, disabling the antivirus, restarting the computer, disabling cloud storage and reinstalling the game does not help. What could be the problem? P.S.
