I hope the developers listen to this feedback. The current initiative-based system is utterly flawed.
there is no need to re-work all balance if you can base the interval of the actions as in the base game. one second to recover means that in one second of in-game combat you may act and take your turn again! the initiative can really be just a minor thing that will affect the first round of combat and that's it!
