    So since I can't get down to the surface, I get to restart after 20-30 hours playtime? That sucks.

    So I've done every quest in the game, except for finishing up telos (and obviously the stuff after you've completed all the planets). I can't get down to the planet's surface. I have literally talked to every single NPC on telos, gone away, came back, did it again. Help?
