    Hello. General (For all issues) What platform are you on? Android What version of the OS are you running? 7.0 What model is the device? Huawei P8 What is your PFID#? ??? Issue: I installed the App a few months ago. I bought the Characters addon, and the full Rise of the Runelord adventure. I played several times and it worked well. Eventually, I stopped playing for a while, lack of time. I wanted to continue the adventure a few weeks ago, but the app does not load anymore. The splash screen appears and then it ibecomes frozen after a few second. Can I uninstall the app, then reinstall it to see if it solves the issue? If yes, will I have to re-pay for the addons? And will I lose my progression? Thx FredhoT
