    Retrain bug Cipher

    I am getting this same bug as well. I dont loose any abilities either but when I am in combat Constant Recovery has an ability icon with small red X on it. I have tried to retrain at multiple merchants too but no dice. Any updates on the bug, jlee? Thanks!
