    What does the asterisk (*) mean in the ability details of spells and abilities?

    crosslightcoder posted a topic in Pillars of Eternity: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
    Here is a link to a cropped screenshot: LINK the part I'm looking at is where it says "3.1* endurance..." I just can't find anything or I'm just not search the right keywords. Usually an asterisk means multiplier but there's just no explanation for it anywhere.
