    Fighter: Penetrating Strike

    Hey all! I started this game when it was released, and I'm building Eder as my main tank (sword and shield). Penetrating Strike looks pretty good for piercing armor, anybody have experience with the ability? Thoughts? Does it have a Discipline cost / cooldown? Thanks!!
