All of the sudden the box showing effects got huge what did i do? And how do i reset it?

All of the sudden, a big box appears that shows all the beneficial effects appear when i hover over a character during a figh. It can sometimes cover half of the screen and i can´t make it disappear. What did i do anf how can i get rid of it?
