Hello this is my first time playing the game So i intend to play fighter(black jacket) and ranger(sharpshooter) so i can have 4 set of dual pistol which seems awesome It would really help me if u guys can tell me where to put points ,best race ,best skills ,etc... Sorry for my bad english

Penalty: +10% Recovery Time. -10 Deflection. i am new to the game so what about the best race and points distribution in character creation early? and have anyone tried this build with 4 sets of dual pistols sorry or my bad english
