Hey. I'm having a similar issue. I pre ordered the game via versus evil but I have no idea where to actually claim it. I have an email confirming my paypal payment but nothing else as far as I can see that indicates where I get the game code. Following the link provided by Hassat, I had to log in to the obsidian website. I never had to log in to anything to purchase the game... Thanks Tom
