While in Port Maje I traveled to Gorecci Street. The first time there I saw a gang and killed everyone. Later I met the jailer Savia who gave me the quest "Restoring Order". I have returned multiple times to Gorecci Street, but the area is always empty. In my log that was written after the fight, it says that there was no one that matched the description of Ilari. So, I cannot complete the quest. At this point in the game, I have long ago left Port Maje. Just bugs me having this quest open, even though it doesn't make any real difference.

Ok, that is what I wanted to know. Do I just select new game at program start? And then in the future switch between by selecting the corresponding save file?

I have been playing game since it went live, and having great time. But wondering how a different character / class would be. Don't want to lose the progress I've made so far, and doubt I will want to play the entire game through again. So, can I just select "New Game" and start over, and switch back and forth between characters by selecting the correct save file? Would at some point probably pick one to continue to the end. If not, any other suggestions?
