    After a reinstall, I can re-do completed quests and re-loot objects

    I am experiencing this as well! Fog of war is back on completed maps, all chests are re-lootable, and upon return to Cad Nua, the Battle of Yenwood Field is once again at my doorstep even though I had completed it. I did NOT reinstall like the OP, and was at the Abbey in WMII when all of this started about a week ago.
