    Is there ANY fix for this? I'm having this same issue with various in game icons. Such as the Breastplate icon under the characters inventory when you hover the mouse over it.

    What is mentioned in this post: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/72095-frequency-vibrating-of-hoverbox-hoverbox-text/ is happening to me. Its prominent on the Breastplate icon in the inventory/character sheet. Is there anyway to fix it? Direct quote from link above:

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
