i've retried all the fixes after a few months hoping they had been patched. also tried running as administrator, disabling virus/malware protection. still no change.

what exactly did you do? what virus scanner are you using? i disabled mine entirely and it still doesn't work.

Description: All GUI elements not loading in game. Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Happens every time the game is loaded. I've tried all common fixes: 1. verify cache 2. reinstall 3. reinstall and verify cache on different/root drive etc. Nothing..
