    I'm having what I assume is the same problem. I completed battle at the dam with no character deaths. All four characters show completion of the previous chapters, yet I'm unable to choose a new role and advance past it. First it showed that one character still had the exclamation point but after backing out to the main screen, it shows that all four characters have something to complete, yet nothing works to do that.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
