Warrender

It looks like Steam achievements are finally working. I was hoping they would be retroactive but that doesn't look like the case. The list doesn't look too hard to re-get except for the Prologue one. I am assuming this refers to the tutorial. I finished the last stage of the tutorial but it didn't trigger the achievement. Is there some other way to get this?

So I beat the game and all the DLC so far. I decided to start a new party with new characters to see how they played rather than continue with hardcore mode. I selected normal mode and after completing the first adventure, I was rewarded with 0 gold. I even moused over the rewards to make sure I was supposed to be rewarded with 100 gold.
