Got mine today. Russia. Tracked fine, right from the border. Statue box was slightly damaged. Game, manual, hoodie and plushie was in perfect condition. Also hoodie came with reversed “female” zipline. Don’t remember gender selection when making order.

It's actually strange. I tried to manage my pledge one more time and succeed! Thanks for answers.

Are you sure you selected "Managed my pledge", and not "Pledge now" ? I am totally sure

Hello! I am new to this forum, and a first-timer on fig. Also english is not my native language so do not judge my writings please. I made a Name a Pet pledge, money was taken from my card. What should I do now? What is actually "Manage my pledge"? I went through entire progress, I chose my pledge (525$ with transporting cost, already paid), than I chose hoody as a bonus (+60$), entered my address, than proceeded to checkout. And what did I saw? Order total is 585$. Not only hoody as I didn't paid for it but entire sum. Why is that?
