    Guys!!! Thanks to @AnthonyHelped's post, I searched around for a while and finally found Crusta's loot in Twinedwood, somewhere west of the Shrine. I don't remember if I encountered Crusta before though. Anyway try searching around the area near the Shrine. I guess either Crusta spawned in the wrong place by mistake, or a bug caused its loot to appear nearby directly.
